Who manages the list?

What we use your information for

With your consent, we send occasional email updates about AudioSauna Records releases and related label news. Joining is optional. We do not add you to the active list until you confirm your subscription.

Information we keep

Your email address, subscription status, request and confirmation dates, the page you subscribed from, the consent text version, and delivery or cancellation events. Temporary, hashed network identifiers help prevent abuse; they are removed after their short rate-limit window. We do not use newsletter tracking pixels or track which links you open in this initial service.

Storage and service providers

The list is stored in our private Projects database hosted by DigitalOcean. Authorised AudioSauna team members can manage it. Amazon Web Services processes recipient addresses and email content to deliver messages through Amazon SES in an EU region. These providers process data for the service; we do not sell the list. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, applicable contractual safeguards are required.

Retention and your choices

You can unsubscribe through the link in any newsletter. Unconfirmed requests are removed after 30 days. Active subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe. After cancellation or a delivery block, we retain the minimum record needed to honour your choice and prevent further mailings. Backups expire according to our backup rotation.

You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information by emailing info@audiosauna.com. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also contact the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.
